Returns

  • Return Window:
    You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
    • The product is damaged,
    • The product is defective or unusable, or
    • The product is not the same as the model ordered.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    Please contact our customer service team at sales@msmsse.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Condition of Items:
    Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging whenever possible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Msmsse is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at sales@msmsse.store within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
